Seven-day technical review window
Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase for unresolved technical install or activation issues on supported Windows 64-bit systems. Requests are reviewed case by case and may require purchase verification and reasonable troubleshooting steps.
How to request review
Email support with the product name, purchase email, order details, Windows version, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full SSNs, full credit reports, workspace passwords, backup passwords, or sensitive client files.
